A crew of workers from the South Dakota Department of Transportation set cement for a temporary roadway at the intersection of Market St. and Dakota Ave. on Friday. The intersection was temporarily closed on July 31 and was scheduled to re-open after the cement dried.

The final pouring for the intersection will be take place after the work from Third St. N. to Market St. is completed as part of Phase 1 of the project, which is scheduled to wrap up in 2025.
