Carter Porisch was dominant on the mound in the second game, as Huron took home a 1-0 shutout victory. Porisch went seven innings, allowing four hits and three walks while striking out 10 Red Sox hitters.

Huron broke the scoreless tie in the bottom of the sixth inning as Siedschlag knocked a double. Waldner then singled to right field and Siedschlag scored on an error by the right fielder.

Waldner had another pair of hits in the nightcap, adding two more stolen bases, giving him five on the day.
